Nicolet shareholders will be able to attend the Nicolet special Meeting of shareholders by first registering at: https://web.viewproxy.com/NIC/2026SM.
Registered Nicolet shareholders will then receive a meeting invitation by e-mail with a unique join link and password prior to the meeting date. Nicolet Shareholders will be able to listen via live audio webcast, and vote their shares electronically during the virtual meeting.
